There is an increasing imperative to better leverage technology and data for impact. Our work applies a combination of expertise in technology, governance, and the social sector to solve systemic problems, build long-term solutions, and develop sustainable governance frameworks.

Our approach to assessing an organization's technology and/or data systems is based on four pillars: People, Process, Technology, and Culture. We work with academic institutions and agencies in government, international development, and the nonprofit sector to develop practical data and technology strategies, design effective data governance, and implement successful digital transformations.

High-impact work requires the right information to be made available to the right stakeholder at the right time. An information infrastructure that generates, manages, and provides data, knowledge, and evidence is needed to make that happen. But building infrastructure is complex. It takes new processes, governance, and communication to ensure success. That’s why we apply an ecosystem approach to technology management—building better knowledge infrastructure, solving data and technology challenges, and imparting on our clients the tools and knowledge they need to continue operating at a higher standard, even beyond the project timeline.
